Our initial estimation has been made by a request of HLM “Logi-Est”. We had the mission to integrate several projects around a public place with various actors of construction.

The file was finally transferred to the research department and from engineering “SODEVAM” (Company of Development and Installation of the Moselle) which had to ensure the coordination of the studies and work for the whole of the actors revolving around this project.

The abundant data came from several sources:
